I do have the controller box with my panels and was told by renogy tech that i would need a 10amp in line fuse for this application.

This wire has both a positive and a negative.
Put the solar panels on top of your van where you d like them to be installed renogy solar panels installed on my van.
Series means plugging a positive into a negative on the second panel etc.
