Repaired sanctuary roofs fixes this by completely remaking the roofs of all houses in sanctuary. Sanctuary modern residences rebuild with repaired roofs features. All this mod does is replace the meshes of the roofs in sanctuary from the broken post war roofs to the pre war roofs while still keeping the post war rusted textures. In this highly requested video i ll show you how to rebuild the ceiling and roof for the simple gable roof houses in sanctuary all in one fell swoop.

The big holes in the roofs really bugged me so i replaced all the roofs with their pre war versions while still maintaining the post war textures. While patch job fixes the erosion in individual panel textures it still leaves the missing roof tiles and larger holes. Added snappoints so that you can add doors in workshop mode. This fixes the holes in the roofs on the houses in sanctuary.

Fully navmeshed so that all npcs can use them. Added ambient sound added interior acoustic space sounds compatible with patch job fill those holes. Perfect for anyone looking to rebuild sanctuary hills to a more habitable state. This mod brings back the collapsed houses in sanctuary.
