1 4 cold rolled steel plate one piece 7 x42. Remove the screwdrivers tighten the bolts and bend away. Hinge to the bend plate with stainless steel a5 pop rivets using a 60mm. The braces on the moving part of the brake will rest against this 2 x 4 so that the hinge is not damaged allowing you to slide the sheet metal around on a flat surface.

Next insert your sheet metal lining up the bend line with the edge of the top plate. Eventually i will add fingers so that i can make complete 4 sided boxes. The other two angles were cut to 44 to reach the outside edge of each hinge. I used a metal cutting blade on a miter saw to cut the steel.
